We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment. Late payments may be subject to interest charges at the maximum rate permitted by applicable law.
Each party agrees to hold in confidence all confidential information received from the other party during the course of any engagement. Confidential information shall not be disclosed to third parties without the prior written consent of the disclosing party, except as required by law or as necessary for the performance of the Services.

These Terms, together with any applicable project agreements and statements of work, constitute the entire agreement between you and Mitaki Project regarding the use of the Website and Services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
